Drake Responds To Chris Brown

During an interview with Elliott Wilson (EVR Radio) yesterday (April 13, 2013), Drake responded to Chris Brown shots.

On the record, Drizzy states “His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I’m more poppin’ than him, and that at one point in life, the woman that he loves fell into my lap,” said Drizzy, referring to Rihanna.”

For any media outlet that listens to this interview, don’t ask me shit about that man when I come up there and leave that man alone. Stop praying on his insecurities. His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I’m more poppin’ than him, and that at one point in life, the woman that he loves fell into my lap. I did what a real ni**a would do and treated her with respect, so she not up there talking down on me. All those things combined create an individual that comes up to your radio station and is just gonna do dumb shit. It shouldn’t be about tearing that man down. It shouldn’t be about wanting to see me and him tear each other down. We have an issue and it’s either gonna drag out or maybe in 10 years we’ll laugh about it over drinks. Just let us solve that shit. ‘Cause it’s not me and Kendrick. It’s not me and Hov. You’re not gonna get anything out of it. I don’t want to hear that man rap. Nobody wants to hear me rap against him. Kanye West Shouts Out His Baby Mama “Kim K” [vid]

Kanye West performed over the weekend at his Atlantic concert in front of more than 5,000 fans. Yeezy is known for making statements and he did just that at the Atlantic show stating, ”Stop the music for a second. Can we make some noise for my baby mama right quick while she’s here?” Watch the video below:

It is also known that Kanye West fell in love with Kim, back when she had fell in love with him (ex husband and NBA player Kris Humphries). Lines he famously rapped in his song “Cold”.

However, Kim Kardashian is a happy woman with her man Yeezy as she took to twitter to elaborate on the pregnancy. Kim tweeted,  “It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo”

Kris Jenner, Kim’s mom and other family members also took to twitter to share their excitement.

Rick Ross MMG Tour “Canceled”

As reported earlier this week by media outlets, Rick Ross cancelled two tour stops in North Carolina due to threats by gang members (Gangsta Disciples). The gang took to Youtube to voice their dismay with Ross for dropping their chairman Larry Hoover name on the chorus of his 2010 single “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast).”

Since Rozay has canceled the tour that was scheduled to run up til December 16 in New York City. A source confirmed with MTV News, a total of seven scheduled stops in Nashville, Memphis, Houston, Detroit and the Big Apple; and the previously canceled NC dates.

However, the boss issued a statement via twitter stating promotional problems caused NC’s cancellation.

“North Carolina I wuz so excited to perform tomorro wit #MMG Promoters cancelled show but I’ll be Back ASAP. #luv”.

With the cancellation of more stops, Ross issued an apology via AllHipHop.com with a rep confirming the tour dates were cancelled due to lack of communication and organization on the part of the promoter

“I want to apologize to all of my fans who I missed performing for due to the cancellations and want to let them know that I will get back to their cities,” Rick Ross told AllHipHop.com on Friday. “I enjoyed my experience with my little bros Wale and Meek Mill and I’m ready to get back in the studio to make good music.”

Rihanna & Chris Brown Smashing?

On again, off again duo Chris Brown and Rihanna shows more public affection. The two were allegedly kissing and hugging at a NYC night club then later hooking up in the bathroom for about 20 minutes before leaving the club separately. Then of course, meeting at Ri-Ri Gansevoort hotel which Chris was spotted leaving [via TMZ].

Things are definitely heating up between the two, which the latest instagram photo shows Chris with his arm around Rhi at Jay-Z’s concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center Wednesday night.

More drama. Chris Brown chick, Karrueche Tran was reported in NYC then later leaving with a tweet “Bye Baby”.

Nicki Minaj Pop Off on Mariah Carey

Nicki Minaj, freshly inked with her American Idol deal pops off on Mariah Carey during an Idol audition in North Carolina (Tuesday, Oct. 2). Supposedly Mariah started with calling Nicki a Bitch and Nicki snapped from there. Mariah seems a little quite as the camera starts to roll. Take a look for yourself via TMZ below:

If this is just a publicity stunt for Idol, they have scored. On another note, maybe Idol will choose their first rapper, because we all know Nicki isn’t much of a singer.

Twilight’s Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson “Back At It”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are reportedly back together again. According to US Weekly, the Twilight stars are back living together at their Los Angeles home. The two went their separate ways after news broke in July, that the 22 year-old actress had cheated with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, 41.

Kristen supposedly bashed Robert and their sex life prior to reports of their reconcile.

mmmmhhhh.

Everyone knows that Robert and Kristen on scene romance is the beat to Twilight’s success and with the  Breaking Dawn Part 2 coming soon, it’s only right the pair reconcile, right? Otherwise, there will be Twilight awkwardness.

At first glance, we thought WTF! Apparently Chris Brown decided to get some new ink on his neck which supposedly resembles a battered Rihanna. Dolphins Cut Chad Johnson, Husband of “Basketball Wives” personality Evelyn

The Dolphins signed Chad Jonson back in June for $925,000, the league’s veteran minimum [espn]. The Dolphins released Johnson after suspension of battery to newly wife and tv personality of “Basketball Wives”, Evelyn Lozada.

Johnson, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, was released from jail on $2,500 bond Sunday for head butting Lozada after she confronted him of finding receipts for condoms. The argument lead to Chad being charged with simple domestic battery, a misdemeanor.

Following Sunday’s practice, coach Joe Philbin said he would meet soon with Johnson. It was later reported that Johnson was released from the team.

According to an arrest affidavit, Lozada said she was taking groceries into their home when she found the receipt in the car trunk. [nbc]

Lozada ran to a neighbor’s house and called police. A responding officer said Lozada had a 3-inch cut on her forehead, according to the affidavit, while Johnson did not have any visible marks or bruises. When questioned by police, he confirmed there was an argument over the receipt, but said his wife had head-butted him.[nbc]

Even before his arrest, Johnson was battling to salvage his career [nbc].

Johnson is a six-time Pro Bowl receiver.

Channel Orange: Frank Ocean is Bi/Gay

Frank Ocean is Gay, that’s the latest Gossip to swirl the bird, twitter bird that is.

According to a critic of Frank Ocean’s LP “Channel Orange” album , the Odd Future singer sometimes rapper refers to a male instead of a female in love song lyrics.

BBC 1 radio personality Max reports, “Frank has also opened up about his sexuality on the album, we think it’s brave and admire him for being so honest and sharing such a personal aspect of his life through his music,” Max writes. “On the songs ‘Bad Religion’ ‘Pink Matter and ‘Forrest Gump,’ you can hear him sing about being in love and their are quite obvious words used like ‘him’ and not ‘her.’

Frank hasn’t addressed the Gay rumors via press at the time, but he did tweet “ORANGE REMINDS ME OF THE SUMMER I FIRST FELL IN LOVE. AWWW…”

With the current time and place, Ocean’s sexuality isn’t really an issue right?
